Sam is an ACC International Federation Accredited Coach specialising in transition.  Being passionate about nature, I trained with ANFT to become a certified Forest Therapy Guide to nurture and guide my personal and professional life.  I combine these skills to offer you a different opportunity to reconnect with yourself, nature and develop a future that is more satisfactory and nurtured by the wisdom of the natural world around us.

Sam regularly use forests and woodlands as part of my life coaching business – taking people on ‘walk and talks’ through nature. The natural environment helps to create a safe, non-judgemental space where people often feel freer to open up, and articulate their limits and dreams. Being surrounded by nature, it provides space to breathe, away from the pressures of everyday surroundings. My clients find it extremely powerful for their coaching experience.
A guided forest therapy experience, is essentially a very slow wander through the forest, never walking far, it is not a hike. It is an evidence based practice providing benefit to our mental, physical and social wellbeing.  You are gently guided through a series of invitations to explore your surroundings with all of your senses. The guide is there to support this experience, they open the door and the forest offers the therapy. No one experience is ever the same and as guides we prescribe no outcome. The land and all who dwell within, the guide and your fellow participants support this healing experience.
