I provide a quiet, safe space where you can take all the ‘stuff’ you can’t take anywhere else. I will share the load and help you to make sense of what is going on in your life. Building trust between us will take some time but there is no judgement, only acceptance of you as a unique individual, whatever age you happen to be. The work is about exploring your experiences present and past and understanding your thoughts and feelings and behaviours. This work can be very enlightening for many people. It can also be difficult and painful but is an essential, ultimately empowering, part of the process. For some clients, gaining an understanding of their internal world is enough. Others need to address how they have come to this point in their lives, look at what they would like to change and where they might go from here.
