Being able to manage emotions; cope and make your way confidently through what is thrown at us on a day-to-day basis is key to your own success and happiness. Resilience is not something you are born with but you can be taught it. Learning to sift out the stuff we really don’t want to be consumed by or deal with things with more strength and resilience, makes for a more stable mental health future.
Maria has worked in schools for the past 10 years covering OCD, Self harm, Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Suicidal Cases, Grief, etc. She has vast experience of working on resilience with children
She is qualified in Hypnotherapy, NLP, Thought Field Therapy, The Human Toolbox Programme. She also has a qualification in ‘Information, Advice & Guidance’ for career advice and has a great understanding of the labour markets.
