Child and Parental Resilience

Emotional Resilience is key to resisting adversity and recovery from traumatic events. Being able to manage emotions; cope and make your way confidently through what is thrown at us on a day-to-day basis is key to your own success and happiness. Resilience is not something you are born with but you can be taught it. Learning to sift out the stuff we really don’t want to be consumed by or deal with things with more strength and resilience, makes for a more stable mental health future.
